Windsor Related Songs
While doing some research I found tons of songs referencing Detroit, but barely any about Windsor. I was wondering if anyone knows of any?
Gordon Lightfoot references 'a Windsor man' in his song LET IT RIDE.
I knew a man from windsor Who went to detroit every night And stateside of the tunnel Customs agents gave him flight He threw his stash in the river And his bedroll on the ground And when they finally got there A sleeping man was all that they found
check out any song by the band Blurt, on myspace. They are from Windsor, also another band called Ceremonial Snips has a song 'Battle of the Roses' having to do with Windsor. Check it out.
